Most pets, like cats and small, caged animals—e.g., hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, and reptiles—are allowed no questions asked, as long as they are kept in a sanitary condition. And all you have to do to bring your dog with you is submit him for approval by management. At Porto Bella, we just ask that any pet you bring be under 50 pounds and that you keep your dog leashed when entering or exiting your apartment and in the parking structure, courtyards, and grounds. We also have breed restrictions due to size and behavior traits. Additional or other pets must also be approved by our management team. If you are looking for convenience, Porto Bella offers its residents a beautiful enclosed courtyard to walk pets through on the property, as well as a nice green space to relax in. For your convenience, we’ve placed stations throughout the property for disposing of pet waste.

When you need more space, one great feature of Porto Bella is its proximity to the parks in the area. Two amazing parks for dogs sit within walking distance: Lakeside Park sits next to the local middle school and has lots of space to play. Westside Park is a little further away but boasts beautiful trees if you need a little shade.
